How much time is required?:
You can spend as little or as much time as you want to on each module, and you will have access to the course modules for life.  Some people like to work through the content quickly, some not at all, and most somewhere in between.  There are activities, Live Q and A, and Group Calls available, and you are able to attend as many or as few as you wish.

How fast can I expect to see results?:
If you work through each module as you get it, and attend the Live Q&A and group calls, most people should start to see some changes by the end of module 2. However each of us is starting from a different point and will follow the course at their own pace which means that the speed of results do vary. How long do I have access?
You’ll have lifetime access to the course materials, so you can come back to them any time you need to. What kind of support do I get if I get stuck?
An integral part of the programme is the private members group, where you can support each other and feel part of a tribe. I recommend the first thing you do if you feel stuck is post in the group because other members may have experienced similar issues. I will be available in the group and will hold regular Q and A sessions, and group coaching calls. 

How do you ensure the group is safe to share personal information?

The group itself is a secret group which means that it cannot be seen or discovered by non members.  All group content is hidden from non members.  All members of the group are required to follow the group rules.  Rules include, but are not limited to, expectations to keep the group information, and posts private, the expectation of members to treat other members with respect, and kindness.  Any rule breaking of a persistent or serious nature will result in that person being expelled from the group without refund or recourse.
